Diabetic Feet
People with diabetes are at more risk of foot problems. The good news is, with regular check-ups, treatment and advice, many problems can be avoided. Claire has completed the College of Podiatry Diabetic Foot Module and has been managing diabetic foot problems for over 30 years, ranging from low to high risk. She has worked in NHS hospitals and community based diabetic foot clinics and is well equipped to carry out a full diabetic foot assessment (checking your circulation, sensation, structure, function & identifying risk factors) as well as provide appropriate treatment and advice. Footscan Pressure Analysis is also offered to identify possible high risk areas of the feet that may be more susceptible to pressure and possible ulceration. Prevention is always the best option, so if you have any problems big or small, why not book for a Diabetic Foot Assessment?
